Talent Partners acquires its largest competitor, Broadcast Traffic & Residuals, Inc.

Talent Partners has completed its acquisition of Broadcast Traffic & Residuals, Inc. ("BT&R"). BT&R, like Talent Partners, is an employer of record for radio and television commercial performers and makes session and reuse payments to such performers. BT&R also provides media trafficking services for its clients, which Talent Partners, prior to the acquisition, did not do.

Talent Partners is the dominant provider of residual outsourcing services to advertising agencies, managing the payment of residuals to the performers who appear in television and radio commercials.
