Nexstar Broadcasting announces agreements to acquire four stations

The Company has reached agreements to acquire four additional broadcast television stations in two separate transactions. KACB in San Angelo, TX and KRBC in Abiline, TX were purchased from LIN Television Corporation. KARK in Little Rock, AR and WDHN in Dothan, AL were purchased from Morris Multimedia, Inc.

Nexstar currently operates 20 broadcast television stations in 13 U.S. markets.
