ABRY Mezzanine Partners Provides Mezzanine Financing for Finest City Broadcasting Transaction

Boston (December, 2005) - ABRY Mezzanine Partners provided mezzanine financing for a transaction in which Evergreen Pacific Partners acquired three full market 100KW class C FM radio stations serving San Diego, California.  ABRY Mezzanine Partners invested $19.25 million in senior subordinated notes and warrants for common stock.  Finest City Broadcasting was formed by Evergreen Pacific Partners and President & CEO Mike Glickenhaus to secure programming, sales and marketing rights for the three San Diego heritage radio stations: alternative rock XETRA (91X), rhythmic oldies XHRM (Magic 92.5) and rhythmic contemporary hit radio XHITZ (Z90).
