Consolidated Theatres closes new senior credit facility

Consolidated announced completion of an expanded senior credit facility with CIT Group Inc. This new credit facility will give the Company borrowing capacity to complete 3 to 4 new theater projects in addition to its Silver Springs, MD site, which is currently underway.

Consolidated has built and opened state-of-the-art stadium-style megaplex movie theaters comprising 132 screens in the Southeastern U.S. since ABRY's initial investment in the company in October 1998.
