ABRY brings significant investment capital to support the growth of media companies. We currently manage over $2.75 billion of equity and mezzanine capital. Our financing capabilities include:

ABRY Private Equity:
We are currently investing ABRY Partners V, a $900 million private equity fund. Investments in portfolio companies range from $20 million to $125 million.
ABRY Mezzanine:
We are currently investing ABRY Senior Equity II, a $650 million fund that provides senior capital to media and business information companies. Our senior equity fund invests from $10 million to $50 million in companies that are either owned by others, or sponsored by ABRY's private equity fund. Investments are typically non-cash-paying subordinated debt or preferred stock securities that offer highly flexible financing structures as well as certainty of execution.

On even larger transactions, ABRY has the capacity to syndicate among several long-standing co-investment partners. Historically, we have supported our portfolio companies by investing in successive rounds of financing to facilitate their continued development.
