Peni Garber

Peni Garber joined ABRY in 1990. She is co-head of ABRY’s mezzanine/senior equity effort with responsibility for sourcing and leading transactions in this practice. In her years with ABRY, Peni has evaluated, organized, negotiated or underwritten numerous private equity, mezzanine, high-yield bond and bank transactions. Areas of focus have included publishing, information services, education, business services and broadcasting. Prior to joining ABRY, she was with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Peni is a summa cum laude graduate of Bryant College.
