ABRY Mezzanine Partners Leads Mezzanine Financing in Broadcast Electronics Acquisition
BOSTON (February, 2006) - ABRY Mezzanine Partners led the mezzanine
financing for a transaction in which Audax Private Equity, together
with management, acquired Broadcast Electronics, Inc. from Thompson
Street Capital Partners.
